1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement- If you do not agree with any of the terms, vou are not permitted to participate in the affiliate progr am.
2. Enrollment in the Program
To participate in our Affiliate Program, you will need to complete the application process through our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. upon approval, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promoting Products: Affiliates are encouraged to promote our products through the providec affiliate links. banners, and other marketing materials and direct traffic and sales to our website only
- Accuracy: Affiliates must ensure all promotional materials and content are accurate and in line with our brand's values and guidelines.
- Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards and privacy laws.
- Taxes & Employment Disclaimer: Affiliates participate as independent entities, not employees of Vampire Tools. Affiliates are fully responsible tor reporting and paying their taxes (income tax, self-employment tax, etc.).
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission on sales generated through their referral links. The exact commission rate is specified in the affiliate dashboard. Commissions are calculated after discount/s and will be paid out according to the agreed terms.
5. Payment Terms
- Payouts: Affiliate commissions will be paid once a month payout.
- Payment Methods: Payments will be processed via Direct/Wire Bank Transfer
6. Referral Tracking
The affiliate tracking system will track sales through cookies. Cookies are valid for 6 months from the click-through date. Affiliates will receive credit for sales made within this period, provided the referral is tracked properly.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates must not:
- Use misleading or fraudulent marketing techniques.
- Engage in any practices that could damage the reputation of our brand or website.
- Promote our products via spam emails, false advertising, illegal methods, and/or direct traffic to any e-commerce sites such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay.
- Use our trademarks or branding in ways not authorized by us.
8. Affiliate Link Usage
Affiliates are provided with unique tracking links. These links must be used to promote our products. You are prohibited from changing or masking these links.
9. Termination of Affiliate Relationship
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, affiliates must stop using our trademarks, affiliate links, and any other marketing materials associated with our brand.
10. Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner when promoting our products. Any behavior that is deemed unprofessional or harmful to our reputation may result in removal from the program.
11. Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, loss of earnings, or claims arising from the affiliate’s use of the program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
As part of our affiliate program, we may collect personal information from affiliates. We ensure that all data will be kept confidential and processed under our Privacy Policy.
14. Content Usage & Ownership
By participating in the Vampire Tools Affiliate Program, affiliates grant Vampire Tools the right to use and share any content they create related to our products on any of the company’s platforms.
15. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
